R H Administrators provides round the clock access to our automated interactive voice response system via a touch tone phone to answer your immediate questions.
Dial 1-888-743-2948, After our greeting, select 5. You will be presented with five (5) options. Choose accordingly.
For information regarding claims, Press 1
Press 1 again, then enter the nine digit social security number of the participant -- enter the date of service in six (6) digit format. Example: January 1, 2000 would be entered 01, 01, 00. You will then hear the claim status; i.e. being processed, or, if paid, the date paid, the amount paid and who the check was sent to. If there are multiple claims for the selected date of service, follow the prompts to receive information for all claims.
To have a medical plan benefit profile faxed to you, Press 2
You will be asked to enter the social security number of the participant followed by the fax number where the verification is to be sent.
For YTD out of pocket and deduction information, Press 5
You will be asked to enter the social security number of the participant.
For information on your Flexible Spending Account, Press 6
Follow prompts for Flex information.

You will be transferred to customer service. Make sure you have the participant's social security number available.
